CSU Admission Requirements
A. History/Social Science - 2 years
1 year of U.S. History or 1 semester of U.S. History and 1 semester of Civics
or American Government AND 1 year of Social Science
B. English - 4 years required
College Preparatory English Composition and Literature
C. Mathematics - 3 years required, 4 recommended
Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, or Higher Mathematics (take one each year)
D. Laboratory Science - 2 years required, 3 recommended
1 Biological Science and 1 Physical Science
E. Foreign Language - 2 years required, 3 recommended
2 years of the same Language; American Sign Language is Applicable
F. Visual and Performing Arts - 1 year required
Dance, Drama or Theater, Music, or Visual Art
G. College Preparatory Electives - 1 year required
Additional Year chosen from the University of California "A-G" list

In order to be eligible to attend any school in the University of California (UC) or the California State University (CSU) systems as a freshman, you must take certain classes in high school. These classes are known as the "A-G Subjects:"

The CSU website is designed to help students and their families learn aboutthe California State University (CSU) system. The CSU is comprised of 23 excellent campuses. Cal State assists students in planning for college,in selecting the appropriate CSU campus to attend, in planning how tofinance their education, and in applying for admission.
EAP/EPT (English) / ELM (Math)
TheEducational Opportunity Program is designed to improve access andretention of historically low-income and educationally disadvantagedstudents. The program provides admission and academic assistance toEOP-eligible undergraduate students. In many cases, the program offersfinancial assistance to eligible students.
Filing period is October 1-November 30
Honors/AP/IB courses receive an extra grade point in grades 10-11.
Personal statement is not required
Letters of recommendation are not required or accepted

Guaranteed Accounting Program 4+1 (GAP4+1)
Earning a degree in accounting offers you exciting career possibilities. Not only will you understand the fundamental language of business, but you can elevate your talents into things like:
Forensic accounting – imagine a career with the FBI investigating, tracking and helping solve financial crimes;

If you are really good at what you do, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the median salary for this profession is over $67,000 per year and the highest paid 10% earned more than $118,930 year. Additionally, for those just starting out in accounting, the sector is expected to grow at a pace of 11%
If you qualify (you must assess for math and English) and are admitted into the program, your first two years of classes will be at Irvine Valley College and you second two years will be at CSUF’s Irvine Campus. Classes are GUARANTEED so you don’t have to worry about space in the class. You must keep up a B average (3.2) to stay in the program, but you will have a Bachelor’s degree in 4 years and a Master’s degree in 5.

We are currently accepting applications for California State University Fullerton's Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) beginning Fall 2018. As fellow educators, we know High School Seniors are preparing for life after graduation and college application is a priority. This email is simply an invitation offering support to your high school from the CSUF Army ROTC program staff.
The below steps are for CSUF Fall 2018 application and how to start the process for the campus based Army ROTC scholarship.
